All content of the Service (text, logos, the ImmoSafe brand, interfaces, source code) is protected by copyright and the intellectual property legislation applicable in Togo, as well as by international conventions (Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement). Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the express authorisation of the publisher, is prohibited and would constitute infringement.

5. Brand and logo

The “ImmoSafe” brand, its logo and its visual identity are the exclusive property of LTGSI. Any use, reproduction or imitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of LTGSI is prohibited.

6. External links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (OpenStreetMap maps, payment providers, etc.). ImmoSafe exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, availability or data processing.

7. Accessibility

The publisher strives to make the Service accessible to everyone, including over the low-bandwidth connections common in West Africa. Any remarks regarding accessibility may be sent to the contact address.

8. Mediation and dispute resolution

In accordance with Togolese law no. 2017-007 of 22 June 2017 on electronic transactions, the User is informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator or to the competent Togolese courts (Lomé).
