Frequently asked questions
Is the Discovery year really free?
Yes. On sign-up, every owner gets 12 months of access to the Premium features on 1 property, with no card and no commitment. This is not a few-day trial: it is a full year, so you live through an entire cycle of your portfolio before paying. When it expires the advanced features lock, but no data is deleted.
Why is renewal cheaper than the first year?
The first year covers securing the property: survey, geolocation, cadastral mapping and digitising the documents. That work is done only once. Renewal only covers keeping everything running (hosting, backup, support), so it always costs less.
How am I billed if I own several properties?
On Premium, each property is its own billing line with its own due date: a property added in March and one added in September renew on different dates, and you only pay for properties that are not covered. On Advance, the first year is a single flat rate of 89,000 FCFA whatever the number of properties; renewal then moves to 23,000 FCFA per property.
From how many properties is Advance the better deal?
From 4 properties in the first year: 4 properties on Premium cost 108,000 FCFA, against 89,000 FCFA for the Advance flat rate. Advance also adds support for land registration, field support and the 360° dashboard, which Premium does not include.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your advanced features lock until payment, but no data is deleted: your properties stay visible and editable. You can also unsubscribe at any time, which clears any arrears. Coming back later is billed at the renewal price, not the first-year price: you never pay twice to secure the same property.
Are properties entrusted to ImmoSafe under a mandate billed?
No. A property under an active management mandate is managed and listed by ImmoSafe, which is paid through the management commission. It therefore falls outside per-property billing and outside your plan's quota: you never pay twice for the same property.
Which currency am I billed in?
In CFA Francs (XOF), the single currency for display and payment. The price you see is the amount debited, with no tax or added fees. Payment happens without leaving the app, by Mobile Money or card, and a receipt is emailed to you on activation.
